What to do if my Data SIM or Dongle aren’t working?

What may be the problem is that the dongle settings aren’t on RSAWEB.

If you boot up the laptop with the dongle in, when you open the browser a Heuwei admin screen will open with a username of both Admin (or admin) password settings are there. If you access please double check that the apn settings are set to rsaweb.mobi
